Lk 16:19-31

Jesus said to the Pharisees: "There was a rich man who dressed in purple garments and fine linen and dined sumptuously each day. And lying at his door was a poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores, who would gladly have eaten his fill of the scraps that fell from the rich man's table. Dogs even used to come and lick his sores. When the poor man died, he was carried away by angels to the bosom of Abraham. The rich man also died and was buried, and from the netherworld, where he was in torment, he raised his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side. And he cried out, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me. Send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am suffering torment in these flames.' Abraham replied, 'My child, remember that you received
what was good during your lifetime while Lazarus likewise received what was bad; but now he is comforted here, whereas you are tormented. Moreover, between us and you a great chasm is established to prevent anyone from crossing who might wish to go from our side to yours or from your side to ours.' He said, 'Then I beg you, father, send him to my father's house, for I have five brothers, so that he may warn them, lest they too come to this place of torment.' But Abraham replied, 'They have Moses and the prophets. Let them listen to them.' He said, 'Oh no, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.' Then Abraham said, 'If they will not listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone should rise from the dead.'"

‘그들이 모세와 예언자들의 말을 듣지 않으면, 죽은 이들 가운데에서 누가 다시 살아나도 믿지 않을 것이다.’” (루카 16,31)
하느님, 제게 있는 모든 것 거저 주신 것임을 알고 있습니다.
제 소유로 인식하지 않고, 주신 것 감사히 생각하며 지혜롭게 사용하고, 이웃과 함께하려고 하겠습니다.

전능하신 하느님, 크신 자비와 용서를 베푸시고 끊임없이 은총을 내려 주시어 약속하신 그곳으로 저희가 달려가 영원한 행복을 누리게 하소서.

예수 그리스도는 부유하시면서도 우리를 위하여 가난하게 되시어 우리도 그 가난으로 부유해지게 하셨네. (2코린 8,9 참조)

저희는 주님 안에서 숨 쉬고 움직이며 살아가오니 이 세상에서 날마다 주님의 인자하심을 체험할 뿐 아니라 영원한 생명을 보장받고 있나이다.

주님, 당신 종에게 하신 말씀을 기억하소서. 저는 그 말씀에 희망을 두었나이다. 당신 말씀 고통 속에서도 위로가 되나이다. (시편 119,49-50 참조)
