주일 미사 대림 제2주일(인권 주일, 사회 교리 주간)
Lk 3:1-6
In the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, when Pontius Pilate was governor of Judea, and Herod was tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of the region of Ituraea and Trachonitis, and Lysanias was tetrarch of Abilene, during the high priesthood of Annas and Caiaphas, the word of God came to John the son of Zechariah in the desert.
John went throughout the whole region of the Jordan, proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins, as it is written in the book of the words of the prophet Isaiah: A voice of one crying out in the desert: “Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight his paths. Every valley shall be filled and every mountain and hill shall be made low. The winding roads shall be made straight, and the rough ways made smooth, and all flesh shall see the salvation of God.”

‘너희는 주님의 길을 마련하여라. 그분의 길을 곧게 내어라. 골짜기는 모두 메워지고 산과 언덕은 모두 낮아져라. 굽은 데는 곧아지고 거친 길은 평탄하게 되어라. 그리하여 모든 사람이 하느님의 구원을 보리라.’” (루카 3,4-6)
하느님의 길을 제 안에 잘 내겠습니다.
늘 그 길을 잘 정비하며 살겠습니다.
하느님께서는 우리가 이해할 수 있는 방법으로 구원을 준비하시지 않았습니다. 불가능해 보이고 아주 비효율적인 방법, 비합리적이고 너무나 미약해 보이는 방법으로 당신께서 계획하신 일을 이루셨습니다. 믿음 없이는 절대로 알아볼 수 없는 방법들을 하느님께서는 선택하셨습니다.
고해성사는 우리가 이러한 은총의 길로 들어가게 해 줍니다. 많은 교우가 ‘회개하는 마음’ 없이 그저 ‘판공성사 표’가 나왔기 때문에 고해성사를 합니다. 회개하는 마음과 함께 예수님께서 우리에게 찾아오시는 영혼의 길을 준비하면 좋겠습니다. 우리도 대림 시기를 지내며 하느님의 구원을 보는 은총의 주인공이 되면 좋겠습니다.
“그리하여 모든 사람이 하느님의 구원을 보리라.” 아멘.
