바람만이 알고 있지

A man named John was sent from God.

He came for testimony, to testify to the light, so that all might believe through him.

He was not the light, but came to testify to the light.

And this is the testimony of John.

When the Jews from Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to him to ask him, “Who are you?”

He admitted and did not deny it, but admitted, “I am not the Christ.”

So they asked him, “What are you then? Are you Elijah?”

And he said, “I am not.”

“Are you the Prophet?”

He answered, “No.”

So they said to him, “Who are you, so we can give an answer to those who sent us? What do you have to say for yourself?”

He said: “I am the voice of one crying out in the desert, ‘make straight the way of the Lord,’” as Isaiah the prophet said.” Some Pharisees were also sent. They asked him, “Why then do you baptize if you are not the Christ or Elijah or the Prophet?”

John answered them, “I baptize with water; but there is one among you whom you do not recognize, the one who is coming after me, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to untie.” This happened in Bethany across the Jordan, where John was baptizing.

너희는 주님의 길을 곧게 내어라. (요한 1,23)

나는 주님 안에서 크게 기뻐하고 내 영혼은 나의 하느님 안에서 즐거워하리니 (이사 6,2.10)

좋은 것은 간직하고 악한 것은 무엇이든 멀리하십시오. (1테살 5,21-22)

우리 주 예수 그리스도께서 재림하실 때까지 여러분의 영과 혼과 몸을 온전하고 흠 없이 지켜 주시기를 빕니다. (1테살 5,21-23)

자선은 주님의 사랑을 실천하는 한 가지 방법이며, 주님께서 당신 자신을 송두리째 내주신 성체성사의 나눔의 신비를 체험하게 하는 신앙 행위이다. 

주님, 주님께서는 인자하시니 이 성사의 힘으로 저희 죄를 깨끗이 씻어 주시어 다가오는 성탄 축제를 준비하게 하소서.

세례자 요한은 자신의 직분에 충실했습니다. 자신을 잘 알고 하느님께 겸손하게 봉헌하며 자기가 해야 할 소임을 성실하게 해나갔습니다. 저도 먼저 하느님 안에서 제 자신을 잘 알도록 하고, 신앙인으로 하느님의 뜻이 무엇인지 귀 기울이며 하느님께 겸손된 자세로 봉사하며 살아가겠습니다.  

주님 안에는 진정한 기쁨이 있습니다. 제 영혼은 하느님 안에서 즐거워함을 압니다. 이 진정한 기쁨과 즐거움 안에 살게 해 주셔서 감사합니다♥   

하느님께서는 저희를 진정한 행복의 길로 이끄시려고 친절하게 알려 주시고 방법도 잘 가르쳐 주십니다. 네, 좋은 것은 간직하고 악한 것은 무엇이든 멀리하는 기본부터 충실한 신앙인이 되겠습니다.
