매일미사 성 베네딕토 아빠스 기념일
MT 10:34-11:1
Jesus said to his Apostles: “Do not think that I have come to bring peace upon the earth. I have come to bring not peace but the sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and one’s enemies will be those of his household.
“Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever does not take up his cross and follow after me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
“Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me. Whoever receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward, and whoever receives a righteous man because he is righteous will receive a righteous man’s reward. And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to one of these little ones to drink because he is a disciple–amen, I say to you, he will surely not lose his reward.”
When Jesus finished giving these commands to his Twelve disciples, he went away from that place to teach and to preach in their towns."이 작은 이들 가운데 한 사람에게 그가 제자라서 시원한 물 한 잔이라도 마시게 하는 이는 자기가 받을 상을 결코 잃지 않을 것이다.” (마태 10,42)
이 작은 이들과 예수님께서 함께하고 계십니다.
하느님께 받은 자비와 예수님의 의로움 생각하며 자비롭고 의롭게 살겠습니다.
가야할 길과 가지 말아야 할 길을 알려 주시고, 가르쳐 주시고, 가야할 길로 나아가게 이끌어 주세요.
저희도 오로지 하느님만을 사랑하며 열린 마음으로 자유로이 하느님의 계명을 따라 살게 하소서.
제자들이 따라야 할 스승이신 예수님께서는 ‘평화가 아니라 칼을 주러 오신 분’이십니다. 그 ‘칼’은 예수님 말고 ‘다른 것을 사랑하는 삶’을 자르고, ‘자기 십자가를 피하는 삶’을 베어 내며, ‘자기 목숨을 얻으려는 삶’을 잘라 내라고 주신 것입니다. 제자의 삶은 예수님께 충실한 데서 비롯하는 단호함이라는 ‘칼’을 필요로 합니다. 어설픈 제자에게 들린 ‘칼’이 떠오릅니다. 자기 실속을 위협하는 복음의 요구를 잘라 내고, 주님의 일을 베어 내며, 복음의 가치들을 쳐 내는 칼, 자신을 위하여 만든 ‘칼’입니다.
여러분의 손에 들린 ‘칼’은 누구의 칼인가요? 예수님을 따른다고 하면서 그 삶을 통해 얻게 되는 행복과 기쁨, 평화의 중심에 그분 대신 ‘나 자신’이 자리하고 있음을 발견하고 정신이 번쩍 들 때가 있습니다. 그러니 우리는 예수님께서 주시는 ‘칼’을 청해야 합니다.
여러분의 손에 들린 ‘칼’은 누구의 칼인가요? 예수님을 따른다고 하면서 그 삶을 통해 얻게 되는 행복과 기쁨, 평화의 중심에 그분 대신 ‘나 자신’이 자리하고 있음을 발견하고 정신이 번쩍 들 때가 있습니다. 그러니 우리는 예수님께서 주시는 ‘칼’을 청해야 합니다.

Lk 10:25-37
There was a scholar of the law who stood up to test Jesus and said, "Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?"
Jesus said to him, "What is written in the law? How do you read it?"
He said in reply, "You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your being, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself."
He replied to him, "You have answered correctly; do this and you will live."
But because he wished to justify himself, he said to Jesus, "And who is my neighbor?"
Jesus replied, "A man fell victim to robbers as he went down from Jerusalem to Jericho. They stripped and beat him and went off leaving him half-dead. A priest happened to be going down that road, but when he saw him, he passed by on the opposite side. Likewise a Levite came to the place, and when he saw him, he passed by on the opposite side. But a Samaritan traveler who came upon him was moved with compassion at the sight. He approached the victim, poured oil and wine over his wounds and bandaged them. Then he lifted him up on his own animal, took him to an inn, and cared for him. The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper with the instruction, 'Take care of him. If you spend more than what I have given you, I shall repay you on my way back.' Which of these three, in your opinion, was neighbor to the robbers' victim?"
He answered, "The one who treated him with mercy."
Jesus said to him, "Go and do likewise."
“그러면 네가 살 것이다.” (루카 10,28)
예수님께서는 영원한 생명을 주시기 위해 저희에게 오셨습니다. 그리고 그 방법을 가르쳐 주십니다. ’네 마음을 다하고 네 목숨을 다하고 네 힘을 다하고 네 정신을 다하여 주 너의 하느님을 사랑하고 네 이웃을 너 자신처럼 사랑해야 한다.‘ (루카 10,27)라고 하시며, 하느님과 이웃 사랑에 대해 알려 주시고, 이웃에 대한 가엾은 마음과 자비의 마음도 예시를 통해 알려 주십니다. 이렇게 해야 살 것이라고 하십니다. 이 모든 것이 저를 위해 알려 주시는 구원의 길임을 잘 알고, 그 가르침대로 살려고 하겠습니다.
"사실 그 말씀은 너희에게 아주 가까이 있다. 너희의 입과 너희의 마음에 있기 때문에, 너희가 그 말씀을 실천할 수 있는 것이다.” (신명 30,14)
하느님 안에 머물며 하느님 말씀을 실천하며 살아갈 수 있게 해 주세요.
주님, 거룩한 선물을 받고 비오니 저희가 이 성찬의 신비에 자주 참여하여 나날이 구원의 은혜를 누리게 하소서.

Jesus said to his Apostles: “No disciple is above his teacher, no slave above his master. It is enough for the disciple that he become like his teacher, for the slave that he become like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more those of his household!
“Therefore do not be afraid of them. Nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, nor secret that will not be known. What I say to you in the darkness, speak in the light; what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops. And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather, be afraid of the one who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. Are not two sparrows sold for a small coin? Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father’s knowledge. Even all the hairs of your head are counted. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. Everyone who acknowledges me before others I will acknowledge before my heavenly Father. But whoever denies me before others, I will deny before my heavenly Father.”
“제자는 스승보다 높지 않고 종은 주인보다 높지 않다. 제자가 스승처럼 되고 종이 주인처럼 되는 것으로 충분하다." (마태 10,24-25)

MT 10:16-23Jesus said to his Apostles: “Behold, I am sending you like sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and simple as doves. But beware of men, for they will hand you over to courts and scourge you in their synagogues, and you will be led before governors and kings for my sake as a witness before them and the pagans. When they hand you over, do not worry about how you are to speak or what you are to say. You will be given at that moment what you are to say. For it will not be you who speak but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. Brother will hand over brother to death, and the father his child; children will rise up against parents and have them put to death. You will be hated by all because of my name, but whoever endures to the end will be saved. When they persecute you in one town, flee to another. Amen, I say to you, you will not finish the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.”
끝까지 견디는 이는 구원을 받을 것이다. (마태 10,22)
이 신앙적 위기를 잘 넘기고, 하느님 없이는 안 되는 영혼이기에 하느님 안에 머물며 잘 견디어 내겠습니다. 하느님께 의지하며 선하고 올바르게 생각하고 말하고 행동하려고 하겠습니다.
하느님, 타락한 세상을 성자의 수난으로 다시 일으키셨으니 저희에게 파스카의 기쁨을 주시어 죄의 억압에서 벗어나 영원한 행복을 누리게 하소서.
주님이 얼마나 좋으신지 너희는 맛보고 깨달아라. 행복하여라, 주님께 바라는 사람! (시편 34,9 참조)
저희가 끝없이 주님을 찬미하게 하소서.
복음을 따르고 예수님을 따르는 삶은 반드시 장애물을 만납니다. 주일을 지키느라 때로는 가족들, 친구들과 다툼이 생기기도 하고, 좋은 일을 하면서도 혼자만 잘났냐는 질투를 사기도 하며, 누군가를 배려하느라 손해를 보기도 합니다.
예수님께서 이런 우리에게 위로의 말씀을 건네시는 듯합니다. ‘슬퍼하지 마라. 복음 때문에 네 안에서 무엇인가 일어나고 있음을 알리는 표징들이니. 용기를 내어라. 절대 그것으로 끝이 아니니.’
복음 때문에 어떠한 혼란과 다툼도 체험하지 못한 사람들이 부끄러워하고 슬퍼해야 할 일입니다. 지금 누린다고 생각하는 안정과 평화가 그들이 받을 보상의 끝이기 때문입니다.

MT 10:7-15Jesus said to his Apostles: “As you go, make this proclamation: ‘The Kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Without cost you have received; without cost you are to give. Do not take gold or silver or copper for your belts; no sack for the journey, or a second tunic, or sandals, or walking stick. The laborer deserves his keep. Whatever town or village you enter, look for a worthy person in it, and stay there until you leave. As you enter a house, wish it peace. If the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it; if not, let your peace return to you. Whoever will not receive you or listen to your words go outside that house or town and shake the dust from your feet. Amen, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.”
"너희가 거저 받았으니 거저 주어라." (마태 10,8)
저의 모든 것 하느님께 거저 받았습니다.
하느님께 거저 받았으니 그 받은 것 이웃과 함께하겠습니다.
그 마음으로 이웃에 봉사하며 살겠습니다.
어제 이모네 가서 도움을 드리고 왔는데, 나올 때 마음이 좋았습니다.
도움이 돼 기뻤습니다
그동안 성당 봉사로 인해 가족과 친척들을 잘 돌보지 못했는데, 이제는 여유가 생겨 좋습니다.
성당 봉사도 심적으로 점점 내려놓을 수 있는 환경이 돼 다행입니다.
그동안 못 본 주변을 잘 돌보며 제 신앙을 잘 잡아 나가겠습니다.
예수님께서는 제자들이 지니지 말아야 할 것이 아니라, 진정으로 지니고 가야 할 것을 말씀하십니다. 바로 ‘하느님께서 함께하신다는 믿음’입니다.
오늘 예수님께서는 세상으로 나가는 우리 모두에게 준비물을 챙겨 주십니다. 불안해하며 많은 것을 챙기려고만 하는 우리에게 예수님께서는 하느님께서 함께하신다는 믿음을 꼭 챙기라고 하십니다.
