He turned and said to Peter, "Get behind me, Satan! You are an obstacle to me. You are thinking not as God does, but as human beings do."
Then Jesus said to his disciples, "Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? Or what can one give in exchange for his life? For the Son of Man will come with his angels in his Father's glory, and then he will repay all according to his conduct."

십자가를 예수님께서 함께 지고 계십니다.
혼자 지고 있는 것이 아니고, 예수님께서 늘 옆에 계셔 주시기에 감사한 마음입니다.
제가 지고 갈 수 있는 만큼만 지고 가게 해 주시고, 나머지는 예수님께서 지고 가십니다.
예수님과 함께 기쁘게 이 십자가를 지고 예수님께서 안내해 주시는 그 구원의 길 따라 행복하게 나아가도록 하겠습니다.
여러분은 현세에 동화되지 말고 정신을 새롭게 하여 여러분 자신이 변화되게 하십시오. 그리하여 무엇이 하느님의 뜻인지, 무엇이 선하고 무엇이 하느님 마음에 들며 무엇이 완전한 것인지 분별할 수 있게 하십시오. (로마 12,2)

Mt 25:1-13
Jesus told his disciples this parable: "The Kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones, when taking their lamps, brought no oil with them, but the wise brought flasks of oil with their lamps. Since the bridegroom was long delayed, they all became drowsy and fell asleep. At midnight, there was a cry, 'Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!' Then all those virgins got up and trimmed their lamps.
The foolish ones said to the wise,
'Give us some of your oil,
for our lamps are going out.'
But the wise ones replied,
'No, for there may not be enough for us and you.
Go instead to the merchants and buy some for yourselves.'
While they went off to buy it,
the bridegroom came
and those who were ready went into the wedding feast with him.
Then the door was locked.
Afterwards the other virgins came and said,
'Lord, Lord, open the door for us!'
But he said in reply,
'Amen, I say to you, I do not know you.'
Therefore, stay awake,
for you know neither the day nor the hour."
