요가
요가 D+423
요가가 늘었다.
그동안 는 걸 느끼지 못해, '요가는 해도 늘지 않는구나!'라고 생각했다.

뭐든 꾸준히 하며 되는 거였다.
선생님에게 감사한 마음에서 얘기를 하려다가, 다른 회원분과 이야기 중이라서 못했다.

읽으면서 십자가의 요한 성인의 '영가'를 읽을 수 있는 기회가 주어지 것이 영광으로 다가왔다.
이런 책이 있는 줄도 몰랐는데, 시몬 신부님 덕분에 알게 됐고 읽게 됐다. 늘 감사한 마음이다!
'사랑의 산 불꽃'과 '가르멜의 산길', 그리고 '어둔밤'을 읽은 게 이 책을 읽는데 많은 도움이 됐다.
성서40주간에서 '아가'를 배운 것도 도움이 됐다.
이 책을 읽는 동안 행복했다. 꼭 좋은 꿈을 꾼 듯한 느낌이었다. 도달하면 이렇게 좋은 것이 펼쳐져 있다는 것을 보여주시는 것 같다.
하지만, 밤의 어두움과 고통을 겪은 후에 이 행복이 주어진다고 하니 망설여지기도 한다.
죽는 것이 진심으로 안 되기에, 진정한 부활도 할 수도 없는 것 같다.
그래도 하느님의 크나큰 사랑을 느끼며 미움과 증오를 포기할 수 있게 된 것처럼, 우리를 포기하지 않으시고 조건 없이 사랑하시는 하느님과 부활하신 예수님을 생각하며 용기있게 나아가야겠다는 생각이다.
절망 속에서도 희망을 갖고 포기하지 않는 자세를 지니고 있으면 하느님께서는 반드시 도와 주실 것이다.
하느님의 진한 사랑은 사람을 변화시키고, 하느님을 닮아가는 변화을 일으킬 것이다.
하느님을 찾는 것이 영원한 보물을 찾는 삶이다.
그 삶을 추구하며 살고 싶다!

Q . 하느님을 사랑하기 때문에 우리가 겪은 아픔은?
: 본당 미사에 참여하고 싶은데, 그것조차 이젠 용기가 필요하게 됐다. 내 숙제이다. 이겨나가야 한다.
봉사하며 상처를 받았기에 또 아픔이 반복되는 것에 대한 두려움이 있다.
사람을 과연 믿을 수 있을지도 의문이다. 사람에게 다시 상처 받아도 이겨낼 수 있을까?
과연 더 큰 고통을 기쁘게 감내할 수 있을까에 대한 두려움이 있다.

재미가 없을 줄 알았는데, 나름 재밌게 봤다.
아마 남편이나 아이가 봤으면 재미없다고 했을 것이다.
보는데 나도 모르게 눈가가 촉촉해졌다.
열린 결말로 끝났는데, 희망이 보여 그 빛으로 극장을 잘 나섰다.
격려를 해 주고 싶은 마음이 든다.

항상 좋은 것 주시는 주님인데, 그에 비해 제가 인내와 끈기가 부족합니다.
인내로써 신앙을 잘 지켜나갈 수 있도록 도와 주세요🙏
주님, 믿는 이들의 마음을 일깨우시어 저희가 거룩한 구원의 열매를 풍성히 거두며 주님의 자비로 더욱 큰 은총을 받게 하소서.
예수님께서는 삼 년의 공생활 동안 동고동락하였던 제자들의 발을 손수 닦아 주실 뿐 아니라 당신을 저주하고 침 뱉으며 못 박은 이들을 위하여 십자가 위에서 당신 자신의 목숨을 내놓으셨고, 생애 마지막에 이르러 사랑과 겸손의 절정을 보여 주셨습니다. 만일 십자가 희생과 죽음이 없었다면 예수님께서는 부활의 영광으로 들어가지 못하셨을 것입니다. 부활과 십자가는 떼려야 뗄 수 없습니다.
예수님의 제자로 살아가는 우리도 그분처럼 살아갈 수밖에 없습니다. 부활의 영광으로 들어가고자 수난과 죽음을 받아들이신 스승처럼, 우리도 눈에 보이지 않는 박해와 고통, 오해와 갈등, 미움과 원망을 참아 내야 할지도 모릅니다. 그 이유는 첫째, 이러한 시련을 통하여 우리 믿음은 단련을 받아 정화될 것이기 때문입니다. 둘째, 이러한 역경을 통하여 우리는 예수님 십자가에 우리 각자의 십자가를 일치시켜 나갈 수 있기 때문입니다. 셋째, 우리에게 주어진 십자가를 성실히 짊어진 뒤에야 비로소 우리에게 부활의 영광이 상급으로 주어질 것이기 때문입니다.

전에 읽었던 그림책이지만, 다시 보게 됐다.
수탉의 아내가 지혜롭다.
수탉은 좋은 아내를 뒀다.
우리 모두는 이 수탉과 같이 나이가 든다.
수탉과 같은 힘이 빠진 느낌이 들지만, 이를 겸허히 받아들이며 지혜롭게 잘 살아야겠다.
수탉과 같이 주변에 좋은 사람이 있으면 힘이 될 것이다.
나 또한 수탉의 아내와 같이 이웃에 힘이 되는 사람이 되고 싶다.
내가 좋은 사람이 되면 주변에 좋은 사람들이 많아질 것이다.

and all the angels with him,
he will sit upon his glorious throne,
and all the nations will be assembled before him.
And he will separate them one from another,
as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
He will place the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
Then the king will say to those on his right,
'Come, you who are blessed by my Father.
Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
For I was hungry and you gave me food,
I was thirsty and you gave me drink,
a stranger and you welcomed me,
naked and you clothed me,
ill and you cared for me,
in prison and you visited me.'
Then the righteous will answer him and say,
'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you,
or thirsty and give you drink?
When did we see you a stranger and welcome you,
or naked and clothe you?
When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you?'
And the king will say to them in reply,
'Amen, I say to you, whatever you did
for one of the least brothers of mine, you did for me.'
Then he will say to those on his left,
'Depart from me, you accursed,
into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
For I was hungry and you gave me no food,
I was thirsty and you gave me no drink,
a stranger and you gave me no welcome,
naked and you gave me no clothing,
ill and in prison, and you did not care for me.'
Then they will answer and say,
'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty

Some Sadducees, those who deny that there is a resurrection, came forward and put this question to Jesus, saying, "Teacher, Moses wrote for us, If someone's brother dies leaving a wife but no child, his brother must take the wife and raise up descendants for his brother. Now there were seven brothers; the first married a woman but died childless. Then the second and the third married her, and likewise all the seven died childless. Finally the woman also died. Now at the resurrection whose wife will that woman be? For all seven had been married to her."
Jesus said to them, "The children of this age marry and remarry; but those who are deemed worthy to attain to the coming age and to the resurrection of the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage. They can no longer die, for they are like angels; and they are the children of God because they are the ones who will rise. That the dead will rise even Moses made known in the passage about the bush, when he called 'Lord' the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob; and he is not God of the dead, but of the living, for to him all are alive."
Some of the scribes said in reply, "Teacher, you have answered well."
And they no longer dared to ask him anything.

Lk 19:41-44
As Jesus drew near Jerusalem, he saw the city and wept over it, saying, “If this day you only knew what makes for peace–but now it is hidden from your eyes. For the days are coming upon you when your enemies will raise a palisade against you; they will encircle you and hem you in on all sides. They will smash you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave one stone upon another within you because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.”“오늘 너도 평화를 가져다주는 것이 무엇인지 알았더라면 …… !" (루카 19,42)
더이상 후회하는 일이 없도록 하느님 안에서 잘 식별하며 나아갈 수 있기를 청합니다.
주님이 말씀하신다. 나는 재앙이 아니라 평화를 주노라. 나를 부르면 너희 기도를 들어 주고, 사로잡힌 너희를 모든 곳에서 데려오리라. (예레 29,11.12.14 참조)
하느님, 기도하겠습니다! 위로가 됩니다. 늘 위로해 주시는 하느님께 감사를 드립니다♥
주 하느님, 저희를 도와주시어 언제나 모든 선의 근원이신 주님을 기쁜 마음으로 섬기며 완전하고 영원한 행복을 누리게 하소서.
올바른 길을 걷는 이는 하느님의 구원을 보리라. (시편 50(49),23ㄴ)
저는 하느님 곁에 있어 행복하옵니다. 주 하느님을 피신처로 삼으리이다. (시편 73,28)

있는 그대로 받아들여 주세요.

책 분위기는 처음부터 어둡지만, 단지 그렇게만 느껴지지 않는다.
그림은 단순하지만, 선의 굵기로 강렬하다.
그래서 독백이 진하게 다가온다.
공감하면서 읽다.
나도 이런 적이 있기 때문이다.
위로가 되는 그림책이다.
용기를 낸 이 친구에게 박수를 보내고 싶다.
그래도 열린 마음을 가지고 있기에 점점 좋아질 거라는 희망이 보였다.
밝은 빛으로 책장을 닫았다.
ps. 빵집 주인 아저씨가 아이에게 인사해 줘서 고맙게 느껴진다. 그의 친절이 아이가 용기를 가질 수 있게 했고, 변화할 수 있게 만든 역활이다. 이게 바로 어른들이 가져야 할 자세임을 알려 주는 듯하다.

일본 영화인 줄 몰랐다.
포스터를 대충 보고 우리나라 영화인 줄 알았다.
알고 보니, 포스터부터가 반전을 담고 있었다.
초중반부터 보기가 힘들었다.
고구마를 먹고 있는 느낌이었다.
중후반부터는 '괴물 아이는 없다. 괴물 어른이 있을 뿐!', '보이는 게 다가 아니다.'라는 반전 느낌이 들며 이야기가 풀리는가 싶었다.
결말은 고구마 먹고 물을 안 마신 느낌이다.
해피엔딩으로 끝나지 않은 게 감성과 작품성이 있다지만, 아! 이런 결말은 괴롭다.
이런 현실을 받아들이기 힘들어서이다.
강렬한 여운을 남기는 것으로 기획했다면 성공한 듯!
호불호가 확실한 영화.

While people were listening to Jesus speak, he proceeded to tell a parable because he was near Jerusalem and they thought that the Kingdom of God
would appear there immediately.
So he said, "A nobleman went off to a distant country
to obtain the kingship for himself and then to return. He called ten of his servants and gave them ten gold coins and told them, 'Engage in trade with these until I return.' His fellow citizens, however, despised him and sent a delegation after him to announce, 'We do not want this man to be our king.' But when he returned after obtaining the kingship, he had the servants called, to whom he had given the money, to learn what they had gained by trading. The first came forward and said,
'Sir, your gold coin has earned ten additional ones.' He replied, 'Well done, good servant! You have been faithful in this very small matter; take charge of ten cities.' Then the second came and reported, 'Your gold coin, sir, has earned five more.' And to this servant too he said, 'You, take charge of five cities.' Then the other servant came and said, 'Sir, here is your gold coin; I kept it stored away in a handkerchief, for I was afraid of you, because you are a demanding man; you take up what you did not lay down and you harvest what you did not plant.' He said to him, 'With your own words I shall condemn you, you wicked servant. You knew I was a demanding man, taking up what I did not lay down and harvesting what I did not plant; why did you not put my money in a bank? Then on my return I would have collected it with interest.' And to those standing by he said, 'Take the gold coin from him and give it to the servant who has ten.' But they said to him, 'Sir, he has ten gold coins.' He replied, 'I tell you, to everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. Now as for those enemies of mine who did not want me as their king, bring them here and slay them before me.'"
After he had said this, he proceeded on his journey up to Jerusalem.

Lk 19:1-10
At that time Jesus came to Jericho and intended to pass through the town.Now a man there named Zacchaeus, who was a chief tax collector and also a wealthy man, was seeking to see who Jesus was; but he could not see him because of the crowd, for he was short in stature.
So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore tree in order to see Jesus, who was about to pass that way.
When he reached the place, Jesus looked up and said, "Zacchaeus, come down quickly, for today I must stay at your house."
And he came down quickly and received him with joy.
When they saw this, they began to grumble, saying, "He has gone to stay at the house of a sinner."
But Zacchaeus stood there and said to the Lord, "Behold, half of my possessions, Lord, I shall give to the poor, and if I have extorted anything from anyone I shall repay it four times over."
And Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house because this man too is a descendant of Abraham. For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save what was lost."
"하늘에 계신 내 아버지의 뜻을 실행하는 사람이 내 형제요 누이요 어머니다.” (마태 12,50)
예수님께서는 하느님의 뜻이 무엇인지 알려 주시고, 가르쳐 주십니다.
알려 주시고, 가르쳐 주신 그 뜻을 실행하는 신앙인이 되겠습니다.
그것이 구원의 길임을 압니다.
주님, 지극히 거룩하신 동정 마리아를 영광스럽게 기념하며 공경하오니 저희가 그분의 전구로 주님께 풍성한 은총을 받게 하소서.
예수님께서 성모님을 포함한 친족에게 면박을 주시기보다 새로운 교회 공동체의 사명을 더욱 강조하시려는 의도로 해석됩니다.
우리도 예수님의 제자이며 그분의 가정 공동체에 속합니다. 이 공동체의 본질은 하느님의 뜻을 실천하는 것이며, 이것이 곧 존재의 이유이기도 합니다. 그러므로 그리스도인은 성모님처럼 하느님의 뜻이 무엇인지 찾고, 그 뜻을 삶에서 실천하도록 초대받은 복된 사람들입니다.
